Director, Alumni Affairs
Teach For America - Greater Philadelphia
Reagen Price is a strategist, facilitator, organizer and steadfast social justice advocate. She co-founded the Coalition for Racial Justice, a growing collaborative of neighbors, leaders and institutions organized to eliminate race-based disparities in Philadelphia. By design, the Coalition brings advocates and academics together to work in activism and allyship. This effort was largely inspired by Reagen's experience working alongside leaders of the Seattle Race and Social Justice Initiative. There, she trained over 600 government employees on the historical contexts and present-day impacts of institutional racism, budget and policy analysis for racial equity, and translating the theory of racial justice into practice. After leading outreach, recruitment and alumni engagement across Pennsylvania with political training institute Center for Progressive Leadership, Reagen continues to build the capacity of change agents and connect them to each other and to opportunities to have meaningful impact at Teach for America as the Greater Philadelphia region's Director of Alumni Affairs. Reagen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University, is a 2010 graduate of the Center for Progressive Leadership's Pennsylvania New Leaders Program, and is 2012 graduate of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission's Citizens Planning Institute.
